Chess Pie

1.5 c sugar

1.5 T cornmeal

.5 c margarine

3 eggs

1 t vanilla

.25 c milk

1 T vinegar

Mix all ingridents together except the vinegar. After mixing all ingridents together well add the vinegar and mix. Pour into a deep pie shell and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until middle does not jiggle.

Pour yourself a glass of milk it goes great with Chess pie.
